Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include: names, email addresses, usernames, and passwords (your Lillio and Huckleberry credentials, encrypted at rest).
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or billing addresses.
Information collected from other sources
In Short: We access data from third-party services (such as Lillio) on your behalf, with your authorization.When you provide your daycare app credentials, we access your child's activity data (naps, bottles, diapers) from that service to perform the sync. This data is transmitted directly to Huckleberry and is not stored on our servers.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide and improve our Services, communicate with you, and comply with law.We process your personal information for the following reasons:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user — performing the daycare-to-Huckleberry sync
- To respond to user inquiries and offer support
- To send administrative information — sync confirmations, account notices
- To fulfill and manage your orders — subscriptions and billing via Stripe
- To send marketing and promotional communications — waitlist and launch emails (you may opt out at any time)
- To protect our Services — fraud monitoring and prevention
- To evaluate and improve our Services
- To comply with our legal obligations
We share your data with the following third parties:
- Stripe — invoicing and billing. Privacy policy

- Railway — website hosting
- HubSpot — waitlist and contact management. When you submit the waitlist form, your email and daycare app preference are stored in HubSpot. Privacy policy
We may also share your information in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets), and with our affiliates under Margo Louise LLC.
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us.We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you cancel your account, we delete your credentials and cease syncing. We may retain minimal records (such as billing history) as required by law.
5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.We encrypt stored credentials using per-account keys. Activity data (naps, bottles, diapers) flows directly from your daycare app to Huckleberry and is not stored on our servers. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at hello@databebe.com.
