1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include: names, email addresses, usernames, and passwords (your Lillio and Huckleberry credentials, encrypted at rest).

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or billing addresses.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We access data from third-party services (such as Lillio) on your behalf, with your authorization.

When you provide your daycare app credentials, we access your child's activity data (naps, bottles, diapers) from that service to perform the sync. This data is transmitted directly to Huckleberry and is not stored on our servers.

In Short: We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you cancel your account, we delete your credentials and cease syncing. We may retain minimal records (such as billing history) as required by law.

5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.

We encrypt stored credentials using per-account keys. Activity data (naps, bottles, diapers) flows directly from your daycare app to Huckleberry and is not stored on our servers. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals, as no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. California law requires us to let you know: we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

In Short: If you are a US resident, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information.
